Inside Sales Representative

Patient Services Representative

Position Summary and Scope:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth through strategic provider relationship development. The role is instrumental in expanding our network by connecting healthcare providers with Dr. Stern and medical leadership at BlueSleep.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provider Outreach

  • Contact current referring providers to BlueSleep via phone, email, and LinkedIn to set up meetings with BlueSleep medical leadership.
  • Contact prospective providers, already identified on LinkedIn as potential sales targets, and set up meetings with BlueSleep medical leadership.
  • Contact the providers of patients who have not sent BlueSleep a formal referral to set up meetings with BlueSleep medical leadership.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
  • Track and report on all sales activity.
  • Provide regular market intelligence updates to the sales management team

 

Documentation Collection

Collect and verify:

  • Referring Provider information

 

Coordination

Collaborate with:

  • Providers
  • Referral Coordinators

 

Follow-up Responsibilities

  • Monitor new referring providers.
  • Follow up with referral offices.

 

Credentials and Experience Required:

  • Must be at least Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with prior experience in Intake or referral coordination role, service, healthcare support or call center operations.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge of medical equipment and insurance processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in eClinicalWorks, Google Workspace, Vonage – preferred but not required.

Productivity

  • New Providers Added to HubSpot
  • Outbound Calls
  • Emails Sent
  • Biz Card Sent
  • Total IVs Faxed/Reviewed
  • Total Notes Reviewed/Faxed for OTHER VISIT TYPES
  • Total Faxes

Working Conditions

  • Office or remote work environment
  • Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed
  • Fast-paced healthcare setting
  • Frequent interaction with patients and provider
  • Willing to work the night shift.
