Hi, I always want to say a big thank you when the service is outstanding. Jewell was! She was also knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. She’s incredibly respectful and kind, and eager to understand, as opposed to impatient and annoyed. There was no trace of anything negative at all even if I was impatient and annoyed with the situation to begin with. She was great! I’d tell it to many people but if you just put in system that a patient was extraordinarily satisfied and spoke glowingly of this individual, that would be good!

I was calling on behalf of my mother, who is a patient using your equipment. I was just helped in Billing by your employee, Kim. She made me so happy today. She was very, very helpful, very thorough, and she helped me with something that I was very upset over that I hadn’t been able to get resolved. She was just absolutely fantastic and I had a great experience. She resolved my issues and she was very thorough and clear.
